MUST, MUST READ
Wherever you stand, please take the time to read this; it ought to scare the pants off you!

We know Dick Lamm as the former Governor of Colorado. In that context his thoughts are particularly poignant. Last week there was an
immigration overpopulation conference in Washington, DC, filled to capacity by many of America's finest minds and leaders. A brilliant
college professor by the name of Victor Hansen Davis talked about his latest book, "Mexifornia," explaining how immigration - both legal and
illegal was destroying the entire state of California. He said it would march across the country until it destroyed all vestiges of The American Dream.

Moments later, former Colorado Governor Richard D. Lamm stood up and gave a stunning speech on how to destroy America. The audience sat spellbound as he described eight methods for the destruction of the United States. He said, "If you believe that America is too smug, too self-satisfied, too rich, then let's destroy America. It is not that hard to do. No nation in history has survived the ravages of time.
Arnold Toynbee observed that all great civilizations rise and fall and that 'An autopsy of history would show that all great nations commit
suicide.'"

"Here is how they do it," Lamm said: "First, to destroy America, turn America into a bilingual or multi-lingual and bicultural country."
History shows that no nation can survive the tension, conflict, and antagonism of two or more competing languages and cultures. It is a blessing for an individual to be bilingual; however, it is a curse for a society to be bilingual. The historical scholar, Seymour Lipset, put it this way: "The histories of bilingual and bi-cultural societies that do not assimilate are histories of turmoil, tension, and tragedy." Canada, Belgium, Malaysia, and Lebanon all face crises of national existence in
which minorities press for autonomy, if not independence. Pakistan and Cyprus have divided. Nigeria suppressed an ethnic rebellion. France faces difficulties with Basques, Bretons, and Corsicans.".

Lamm went on: Second, to destroy America, "Invent 'multiculturalism' and encourage immigrants to maintain their culture. Make it an article of belief that all cultures are equal. That there are no cultural differences. Make it an article of faith that the Black and Hispanic dropout rates are due solely to prejudice and discrimination by the majority. Every other explanation is out of bounds.

Third, "We could make the United States an 'Hispanic Quebec' without much effort. The key is to celebrate diversity rather than unity. As Benjamin Schwarz said in the Atlantic Monthly recently: "The apparent success of our own multi-ethnic and multicultural experiment might have been achieved not by tolerance but by hegemony. Without the dominance that once dictated ethnocentricity and what it meant to be an American, we are left with only tolerance and pluralism to hold us together."
Lamm said, "I would encourage all immigrants to keep their own language and culture. I would replace the melting pot metaphor with the salad
bowl metaphor. It is important to ensure that we have various cultural subgroups living in America enforcing their differences rather than as Americans, emphasizing their similarities."

"Fourth, I would make our fastest growing demographic group the least educated. I would add a second underclass, unassimilated, undereducated, and antagonistic to our population. I would have this second underclass
have a 50% dropout rate from high school."

"My fifth point for destroying America would be to get big foundations and business to give these efforts lots of money. I would invest in ethnic identity, and I would establish the cult of 'Victimology.' I would get all minorities to think that their lack of success was the fault of the majority. I would start a grievance industry blaming all minority failure on the majority population."

"My sixth plan for America's downfall would include dual citizenship, and promote divided loyalties. I would celebrate diversity over unity. I
would stress differences rather than similarities. Diverse people worldwide are mostly engaged in hating each other - that is, when they are not killing each other. A diverse, peaceful, or stable society is against most historical precedent. People undervalue the unity it takes to keep a nation together. Look at the ancient Greeks. The Greeks
believed that they belonged to the same race; they possessed a common Language and literature; and they worshipped the same gods. All Greece took part in the Olympic games. A common enemy, Persia, threatened their Liberty. Yet all these bonds were not strong enough to overcome two factors: local patriotism and geographical conditions that nurtured political divisions. Greece fell. "E. Pluribus Unum" --From many, one.
In that historical reality, if we put the emphasis on the 'pluribus' instead of the 'Unum,' we will balkanize America as surely as Kosovo."

"Next to last, I would place all subjects off limits; make it taboo to talk about anything against the cult of 'diversity.' I would find a word similar to 'heretic' in the 16th century - that stopped discussion and paralyzed thinking. Words like 'racist' or 'xenophobe' halt discussion and debate. Having made America a bilingual/bicultural country, having established multi-culturism, having the large foundations fund the doctrine of 'Victimology,' I would next make it impossible to enforce our immigration laws. I would develop a mantra: That because immigration has been good for America, it must always be good. I would make every individual immigrant symmetric and ignore the cumulative impact of millions of them."

In the last minute of his speech, Governor Lamm wiped his brow. Profound silence followed. Finally he said,. "Lastly, I would censor VictorHanson Davis's book "Mexifornia." His book is dangerous. It exposes the plan to destroy America. If you feel America deserves to be destroyed, don't read that book."

There was no applause. A chilling fear quietly rose like an ominous cloud above every attendee at the conference. Every American in that room knew that everything Lamm enumerated was proceeding methodically, quietly, darkly, yet pervasively across the United States today. Discussion is being suppressed. Over 100 languages are ripping the
foundation of our educational system and national cohesiveness. Even barbaric cultures that practice female genital mutilation are growing as we celebrate 'diversity.' American jobs are vanishing into the Third World as corporations create a Third World in America - take note of California and other states - to date, ten million illegal aliens and
growing fast. It is reminiscent of George Orwell's book "1984." In that story, three slogans are engraved in the Ministry of Truth building:"War is peace," "Freedom is slavery," and "Ignorance is strength."

Governor Lamm walked back to his seat. It dawned on everyone at the conference that our nation and the future of this great democracy is
deeply in trouble and worsening fast. If we don't get this immigration monster stopped within three years, it will rage like a California wildfire and destroy everything in its path especially The American Dream.

If you care for and love our country as I do, take the time to pass this on just as I did for you. NOTHING is going to happen if you don't.

Pink Snow Covers the Zoysia

Obviously Zoysia hasn't taken control of the yard completely as evidenced by the pretty yellow dandelion here in the upper left. I really enjoyed the pink snow in slide number 2, although it has been a major challenge for the allergies don't ya know. Here to the right is one of the guilty parties contributing although he is one of many!

I'm approaching the time of the year when I see just how dense my Zoysia grass is or isn't. Blades of unwanted weeds i.e. grass sneak up in the midst of my wonderful brown yard reminding me once again that this a process a journey toward perfection and not perfection itself that comes later.

In the old days we were taught that the constitution gave us 3 branches of government, and that the media was our 4th branch, today the media has lost that distinction to the "Tea Party" who through there undying interest at getting to the truth has taken the role as the 4th Branch!

We have the numbers and the technology to be our own big brother. We can take a proactive stance against our congressmen and women our senators or secretaries of states, and hold them to a new higher standard one in line with our conservative beliefs and values. No more politics as usual! We can watch every move that they make and truly hold them accountable! And Let them know quickly and effectively when they are Not meeting OUR Expectations! We have Proven it to ourselves, with what we as tea party folks have done over the last 12-14 months! No More Mister Nice Guy They Are Sick and OBSCENE ! Time to Take Back Americans Time for the American Patriots to Be HEARD Just a Little LOUDER PLEASE!

Zoysia @ Rest

Well it is once again time for the Zoysia in my yard to rest. It is an exciting time, just being able to see the progress in spreading across the yard that the Zoysia has made over the past growing season! Pictures are sure to follow! The weed aka regular grass continues to cover about 15-18% of our estate, sometimes it seems to take a long time to eradicate that stuff! A couple of times a week I plan where I will move the next set of plugs, since I move large plugs (shovel size) I don't really care if the plugs are dormant or not, soon oh~ very soon before the earth freezes!

Obamacare Endorsements: What the Bribe Was

As the suicidal Democratic congressmen proceed to rubber-stamp the Obama healthcare reform despite the drubbing their party took in the '09 elections, the president trotted out the endorsements of the AMA and the AARP to stimulate support. But these � and the other endorsements � his package has received are all bought and paid for.

Here are the deals:

# The American Medical Association (AMA) was facing a 21 percent cut in physicians' reimbursements under the current law. Obama promised to kill the cut if they backed his bill. The cuts are the fruit of a law requiring annual 5 percent to 6 percent reductions in doctor reimbursements for treating Medicare patients. Bravely, each year Congress has rolled the cuts over, suspending them but not repealing them. So each year, the accumulated cuts threaten doctors. By now, they have risen to 21 percent. With this blackmail leverage, Obama compelled the AMA to support his bill...or else!

# The AARP got a financial windfall in return for its support of the healthcare bill. Over the past decade, the AARP has morphed from an advocacy group to an insurance company (through its subsidiary company). It is one of the main suppliers of Medi-gap insurance, a high-cost, privately purchased coverage that picks up where Medicare leaves off. But President Bush-43 passed the Medicare Advantage program, which offered a subsidized, lower-cost alternative to Medi-gap. Under Medicare Advantage, the elderly get all the extra coverage they need plus coordinated, well-managed care, usually by the same physician. So more than 10 million seniors went with Medicare Advantage, cutting into AARP Medi-gap revenues.

Presto! Obama solved their problem. He eliminates subsidies for Medicare Advantage. The elderly will have to pay more for coverage under Medigap, but the AARP -- which supposedly represents them -- will make more money. # The drug industry backed ObamaCare and, in return, got a 10-year limit of $80 billion on cuts in prescription drug costs. (A drop in the bucket of their almost $3 trillion projected cost over the next decade.) They also got administration assurances that it will continue to bar lower-cost Canadian drugs from coming into the U.S. All it had to do was put its formidable advertising budget at the disposal of the administration.

# Insurance companies got access to 40 million potential new customers. But when the Senate Finance Committee lowered the fine that would be imposed on those who don't buy insurance from $3,500 to $1,500, the insurance companies jumped ship and now oppose the bill, albeit for the worst of motives.

The only industry that refused to knuckle under was the medical device makers. They stood for principle and wouldn't go along with Obama's blackmail. So the Senate Finance Committee retaliated by imposing a tax on medical devices such as automated wheelchairs, pacemakers, arterial stents, prosthetic limbs, artificial knees and hips and other necessary accoutrements of healthcare.

So these endorsements are not freely given, but bought and paid for by an administration that is intent on passing its program at any cost.

I am soooo glad that it actually began raining! Not that we needed rain, although, it will help, but idea of not opening the business due to pending rain was just a little intimidating, and perhaps a little worry some. I suspect that I could have just blamed it on my wife saying it was her paranoia that keep the cart closed but, I would rather not do that... And the good news I don't need to! I just finished reading the suggested lesson plan for 7 graders to 12th graders in regards to President Obama's pending Pep-talk this Wednesday. Honestly, it seemed just a little degrading to the student body, it sounded like the instructions were for 1 or 2 graders and not middle school students and certainly not someone in high school. Looks like an argument for "Keep the Kids Home Wednesday!

A Hundred Dollar Story!

A tourist walks into a curio shop in San Francisco. Looking around at the exotica, he notices a very lifelike, life-sized bronze statue of a rat. It has no price tag, but is so striking he decides he must have it.

He took it to the owner: "How much for the bronze rat?"

"Twelve dollars for the rat, one hundred dollars for the story," said the owner.

The tourist gave the man twelve dollars. "I'll just take the rat, you can keep the story."

As he walked down the street carrying his bronze rat, he noticed that a few real rats had crawled out of the alleys and sewers and began following him down the street. This was disconcerting; he began walking faster. But within a couple blocks, the herd of rats behind him had grown to hundreds, and they began squealing.

He began to trot toward the Bay, looking around to see that the rats now numbered in the MILLIONS, and were squealing and coming toward him faster and faster.

Concerned, even scared, he ran to the edge of the Bay and threw the bronze rat as far out into the Bay as he could. Amazingly, the millions of rats all jumped into the Bay after it, and were all drowned.

The man walked back to the curio shop.

"Ah ha," said the owner, "You have come back for the story?"

"No," said the man, "I came back to see if you have a bronze politician!"

The Personal Choice maybe a tier one choice or it maybe a tier 2 or 3 choice. Some of those personal choices are easy to reverse some are difficult. If you are beginning to understand just how much of your live is a personal choice you are choosing to be on a correct personal choice.

A Message Remembered
This was one of those memorable weekends that was really about memory and reconnecting. Separated Friends by Time and Distance.
It occurred to me that in this day the distance part while physical was only a mater of personal choice. The emotional portion was also a mater of choice. The time element here a mater of personal choice.
35 Years ago it didn't seem like it was a mater of personal choice.
35 Years later it clearly was a mater of personal choice. Hindsight adds clarity. Now some folks made a personal choice not to attend the events that came about this week end. Some will chose to continue to wonder away. Some will chose to die, so will chose to continue to ignore emotional scares that continue to lie just below the surface of their psyche. Some lose hundreds of pounds and travel hundreds of miles only to make a personal choice not to open that door and step in. Some will chose to make up stories about where they are and what they have accomplished in order to feel like they have a writ to be there.
The writ is within the person seeking to come in, the personal choice is not to open the door. The personal choice is within.

With some of our Congressmen and women and their counterpart in the US Senate now dancing around in an effort to confuse the electorate or just allude the difficult questions from voters that don't think very highly of the House Bill 3200~~ I have a simple solution... We the American patriots DO NOT WANT ANY BILL THAT INVOLVES YOU THE US GOVERNMENT TO BECOME ANYMORE INVOLVED IN OUR HEALTHCARE. Period end of sentence, end of discussion or end of your term in office. Sadly, if we can't discuss this without the political jargon then our solution is that of a parent to a 11 year old child (one that works for us by the way).

The operator replied, 'Let me place you on hold while I check with
her nurse.

After a few minutes, the operator returned to the phone and said, 'Oh, I
have good news. Her nurse just told me that Norma is doing very well. Her blood
pressure is fine; her blood work just came back as normal, and her
physician, Dr. Cohen, has scheduled her to be discharged on Tuesday.'

The grandmother said, 'Thank you. That's wonderful! I was so worried!
God bless you for the good news.' The operator replied, 'You're more than
welcome. Is Norma your daughter?'

The grandmother said, 'No, I'm Norma Findlay in 302. No one tells me shit.'
